  • Develops CD and web-based technical and operator training programs for both internal company use and for distributor in-house trainers. Creates training aids using very specialized software including Macromedia, Adobe and others.
  • Produces 2D and 3D animations, digital audio, and video for implementation in training materials.
  • Programs and tests development projects as necessary using the latest software and technologies for both CD and web-based training materials.
  • Creates web based programs and testing for Komatsu’s Learning Management System using the IBM Authoring tool, Articulate Presenter, Adobe Connect/Presenter, and other specialized software.

  • Plans and manages development of training projects by working directly with internal trainers and training manager. Supervises other multimedia developers and assigns necessary tasks and duties to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Performs additional duties as in-house network administrator. Performs network backup according to designated schedule. Troubleshoots computer and printer problems and coordinates with manager to get outside support if necessary.
